Certificated Positions
The Nevada Joint Union HIgh School District accepts applications for open positions. Individuals seeking employment must submit a completed application along with a personal resume, all transcripts (undergraduate & graduate), a copy of all teaching credentials, verification of CBEST examination, TB clearance, verification of teaching experience, and three letters of recommendation. The District will only accept up to ten years of verified experience for salary schedule placement. Years of service must be in a public school with certification qualifications.
Completed applications are collected at the district office until the position deadline and then are sent to the applicable school site. After the site administration reviews the applications, a number of applicants are selected for interviews and notified by telephone. Applicants not selected for an interview may not be notified.

Nevada Joint Union High School District accepts applications for open
positions within the classified unit. Individuals seeking employment
must submit a completed application. A personal resume may also be
attached with letters of recommendation.
