CTE Pathway:  Agricultural Mechanics

CTE Highlight: Beginning Ag Mechanics was one of the first agricultural classes I ever took and it paved the way for me discovering my passion for spreading agricultural awareness. From the classes spent making endless memories with friends in the shop to the days spent making measurements just right so projects would turn out to the surreal moment of walking in and seeing my fair projects had won Best Tradition twice and getting the opportunity to Lot One in the auction, this pathway has set me up for success.

Plans After High School:  I plan to attend Kansas State University in the fall to get my undergraduate degree in Animal Science. Then to receive my graduate degree in Veterinary Medicine and specialize in Food Grade animals through an additional two years of internship.

CTE Pathway:  Ag Science

CTE Highlight: Freshman year in my first ever Ag class, I was honestly scared. I was not sure what FFA meant but I was told I should go to the Greenhand camp to learn more about it. I didn’t know anyone but within hours I had 4 new best friends. Not because we had something in common but because we were there for one another.

Plans After High School:  After I graduate I will attend Butte College. Majoring in Horticulture and Ag Education. I plan to become an Agriculture Advisor.
