The Nevada Joint Union High School District (NJUHSD) recently moved to Edupoint's fully integrated Synergy® Student Information System (SIS) for the 2018-19 school year. Synergy replaced our previous SIS eSchool. Synergy provides principals, teachers, parents, and students secure and easy access to data. Synergy provides Parents/Guardians a single sign-on to access all of their children’s information, regardless of school. Parents access the portal using ParentVUE and students will access using StudentVUE. 
Parents will need to register for a ParentVUE account using an activation code and instructions that can be obtained by contacting their child's school. 
Students have access to StudentVUE using their computer login account and password by logging in here

Q: Do I have to go to my child’s school to get the information necessary to create a ParentVUE Account?

Yes. We want to make sure that your child’s information is secure, so this needs to be an in-person transaction.

Q: I never got around to activating my ParentVUE account. Do I need a new activation code?

Yes, the codes have expiration dates. Please call our technology helpdesk at (530) 272-9998 for help getting a new activation code.

Q: Can I use the same login for all my children enrolled in NJUHSD schools?

Yes. Your ParentVUE login gives you access to information on all your children enrolled in NJUHSD Schools.

Q: I have multiple children attending NJUHSD schools, but I can only see one of them in ParentVue, what should I do?

If you are not seeing one or more of your children when logged into ParentVUE, it can be an indication of a duplicate parent record for you in the system (your name could be spelled differently, etc.). Please contact your child’s school (the child you are unable to see in ParentVUE) to correct this issue.

Q: Can I login to ParentVUE with my email?

Your email will only work as the ParentVUE User ID if it was entered as the User ID at the time of ParentVUE registration.
