The following (unless indicated) are to be completed and accompany the district scholarship application.

Bethel No. 102 Aleacha Tobiassen Memorial Scholarship 2018-2019 
For high school seniors who are either Jobs Daughters Bethel #102, Rainbow Girls Assembly #74, or DeMoLay North Star Chapter #73030 members
 
For high school seniors who were a Big Pal their Junior year.  Does not need to be a Pal their Senior year, but must be a graduating senior in order to apply.  Must write the essay and include it with the District Scholarship Application.

Clear Creek School Alumni Scholarship Letter 2018-2019 
Must write letter in response to this and include it with the District Scholarship Application
 
Mason's Nevada Lodge #13 Scholarship Application 2018-2019 
Merit-Based Renewable (2 year) Scholarships. Please complete all the application and DON'T use "see district activtiy sheet for this." Include it with the District Scholarship Application.  In order to renew, must send to the lodge an official transcript and enrollment verification form from the college/university stating full time enrollment the next year, along with a letter updating your progress.
 
Please submit essay and form.  Due date is October 15

Nevada County Democratic Women's Club Annette Gillett Scholarship 2018-19
Read through and answer th prompt in an essay format.  Be sure to support your answer throughout with examples, facts, and appropriate quotes.  Scholarship recipients and parents will be invited to be guests of the NCDWC at a special luncheon on the first Saturday in May, where recipients will read their essays to the members and guests.

Nevada County Democratic Women's Club Community Service Award Scholarship 2018-19
Please make sure to list your community service activities and focus on your community service in a personal statement.  Please answer the questions on this additional page.  Scholarship recipients and parents will be invited to be guests of the NCDWC at a special luncheon on the first Saturday in May, where recipients will read their essays to the members and guests. 
 
Nevada County Livestock Producers Association Scholarship 2018-2019 
Requested items must accompany submission of District Scholarship Application in January

Nevada County Republican Women Federated Scholarship 2018- 2019 
Must be a female graduating NJUHSD high school senior. Min 3.0 gpa.  Need not a consideration.  Include it with the District Scholarship Application
 
Field of study open, 3.0 GPA min, need not a consideration.  Must write the essay and include it with the District Scholarship Application.
 
Nevada Irrigation District is offering two 6 month paid internships, plus paid testing for D1 or T1 certification.  Students interested will participate by filling out the district scholarship application, include essay for consideration, attend the NID Info session and participate in a panel interview. Please read and submit essay with application.
 
NJUHSTA Scholarship Instructions for New and Renewing Applicants 
These are the directions for graduating 2019 seniors as well as previously awarded NJUHSTA Scholarship recipients for renewal.  Please read before submitting the application.

This form is current and may be used for graduating 2019 seniors as well as previously awarded NJUHSTA Scholarship recipients for renewal.  Please submit to the District Office.

Pioneer Arts Scholarship 
These additions must accompany the completed 2018-2019 district scholarship application
 
PFLAG and Allies Scholarship:  Please include this additional essay of 1,000 words or less.  
 
PFLAG Art Scholarship:  Please include this additional essay of 500 words or less, regarding your art piece.  Winning recipient will be asked to bring art piece or art performance to the ceremony dinner.

Soroptimists International of the Sierra Foothill Scholarship 2018-2019 
Please add the items requested. The letters of recommendation will already be included in the district scholarship application and do not need to be duplicated.
 
Need is a big consideration and no GPA is required.  Please include a personal statement of background and a vocational goal statement addressed to SIGV.  Include it with the District Scholarship Application
 
Must have graduated from Union Hill and must have at least a 3.0 GPA as a graduating senior of high school.  Please include the personal letter and follow the instructions.
