How to claim your scholarship:
When you are enrolled as a full time student (12 units minimum) in a vocational/trade school, 2 or 4 year college or university for the fall, complete and return:
1. The NJUHSD Scholarship Award Redemption form--filled out completely.
2. Proof of enrollment for the Fall semester. Ask your school for an Enrollment Verification Form. This may only be bypassed if when printing out your schedule, it shows the word ENROLLED by your course schedule.
3. A THANK YOU note or letter must be written to the donor. Please put a stamp on the outside envelope of the thank you note and write the scholarship name on the front. Our office will address it to the donor for you.
Take all three of these items and either drop off in person to the district office or mail it directly to:

If dropping off, the office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Scholarship funds will be available after July 1st, but must be claimed by February 1st the following year. Allow a minimum of 2 weeks processing time from receipt of your paperwork to our office.
